How can I start?
To get started, you first need to make a payment according to the subscription plan you’ve chosen.
You can select a plan at kreechat.com/prices, which will redirect you to our payment platform: KREECHAT | SSPS Payments.
Here are the simple steps to complete your Kreechat subscription:
• Choose a subscription plan
• Enter your preferred email and password for the Kreechat account
• Verify your email address
• Fill in your company details
Before making the payment, you’ll need to create an account at reg.ssps.dev by entering a username and password.
• Complete the payment
After that, you will receive an email containing your domain (company.kreechat.app) and a link for easy access, sent to the company email you provided.
Within 1–2 hours, you will be able to access your account at: yourcompany.kreechat.com.
Congrats – you now have a Kreechat account!
To start using the platform, open your Kreechat domain in a browser (e.g. company.kreechat.com).
To begin chatting (serving your clients), connect your company’s WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, and Viber accounts.
You can do this from the Admin Panel, under Settings button.
Is it possible to change the subscription plan whenever I decide?
Yes, you can change your subscription plan at any time if you need a different one.
Simply log in to your account at reg.ssps.dev, go to My Account, then Subscriptions, click the “Switch Plan” button, and follow the same steps as described above.
The new plan will be applied automatically after you complete the payment (if you choose a more expensive plan or a longer subscription period).
If you select a lower-cost plan or a shorter subscription period, a member of our team will get in touch with you.
What happens after the free trial or paid subscription ends?
At the end of your free trial or paid subscription, your data and setup will remain intact. You can log in and choose a new plan at kreechat.com/prices.
